Tiziana Sicilia
Tiziana Sicilia è Amministratore della COMtecnica S.R.L., Titolare della TESOM e Presidente della tekom Europe.
Inoltre, Tiziana è Membro del GAV (Gruppo di Accreditamento e Valutazione) dell’Università di Padova e del Comitato Direttivo dell’Università di Cagliari, CTU del Tribunale, Membro della CCIAA di Pistoia e Prato e partecipa ai lavori di normazione e standardizzazione a livello nazionale e internazionale. Di recente ha fatto parte del GL06 UNI per la Norma sul Comunicatore Professionale.
Da più di 30 anni Tiziana offre consulenza nell’ambito della documentazione e comunicazione tecnica e della traduzione e localizzazione per varie organizzazioni, principalmente nei settori meccanico, elettronico, Oil&Gas ed Energy.
Tiziana conduce studi per l’ottimizzazione e la semplificazione dei processi di redazione e traduzione multilingue e ricerche per lo sviluppo di nuovi strumenti e metodi.
Di recente ha progettato e co-realizzato ITSy, il Chatbot per la Comunicazione Tecnica.
Insieme ad altre associazioni nazionali, internazionali e di categoria e in collaborazione con Istituti Tecnici e Università, Tiziana porta avanti importanti progetti volti a riconoscere il profilo del Comunicatore Tecnico, gestisce progetti finalizzati alla sensibilizzazione di enti e istituzioni sull’importanza della Comunicazione e Documentazione Tecnica e delle competenze e abilità richieste oggi dal mercato.
Tiziana Sicilia is the Sole Director of COMtecnica S.R.L., the Owner of TESOM and the Chairperson of tekom Europe.
Moreover, Tiziana is Member of the GAV (Accreditation and Evaluation Group) of the University of Padua and of the Steering Committee of the University of Cagliari, Technical Consultant for the Court and Member of the Council of the Chamber of Commerce Industry, Crafts and Agriculture of Pistoia and Prato and contributes to national and international standardization working groups. Recently Tiziana took part in the working group for the realization of the Italian standard on the Professional Communicator.
For more than 30 years Tiziana has been working in the field of technical documentation, communication and translation and localization for organisations mainly in the mechanical, electronic, Oil&Gas and energy sectors.
Tiziana conducts studies for the optimization and simplification of multilingual translation processes and researches for the development of new tools and methods.
Recently Tiziana designed and co-realized ITSy, the Chatbot for Technical Communication.
Together with other national and international associations, trade associations and in collaboration with Technical Institutes and Universities, Tiziana carries on significant projects aimed at recognising the profile of the Technical Communicator, runs projects aimed at raising the awareness of organizations and institutions on the importance of Technical Communication and Documentation and of the competences and skills currently required by the market.
